About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our digital engagement software suite, specializing in computer vision and data products for our Visitor InSight audience measurement, our Retail Lift-and-Learn solutions, and our overall InSight data analytics platform.
You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining feature roadmaps, and helping Raydiant extend its position as the most intelligent, data-driven digital experience platform in the industry. You will help uncover new opportunities to leverage data to improve product performance, leverage new platforms such as Generative AI and LLMs, or launch new revenue generating products. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in deriving actionable insights to optimize product performance and drive business growth.
You will be coordinating globally with an AI and data platform team in Amsterdam, engineering teams in San Francisco, Vancouver and Kitchener, and sales and business development teams in San Francisco.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Your mission is to increase the capabilities of our computer vision and data analytics products as key differentiators, while increasing market adoption and ARR by over 100% YoY. You will continue to push the product both: 1)vertically by increasing our data integrity, intuitive insights, integration across products, and 2) horizontally via new use cases, data sources, and strategic product partnerships.
Product Strategy: Develop and refine product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the digital engagement software space.
Feature Roadmap: Define and prioritize feature sets based on customer requirements, market research, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Use data and good judgment to quickly make trade-off decisions on prioritization.
Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth customer research to understand pain points, user behaviors, and emerging needs. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases. Provide support for product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement activities.
Product Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape. Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, contributing to thought leadership initiatives, industry events, and customer engagements.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles in a software environment focused on Web-based business applications; computer vision and B2B dashboard or data platform experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles, particularly as applied to computer vision technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving product innovation and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and modern workflow and knowledge management stacks (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.).
An early-stage/startup mindset with hands-on attitude and irrepressible drive, and you are always looking for pragmatic solutions
Customer-centric way of thinking, experience conducting user interviews and getting customer feedback at scale
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments in different regions (e.g. EMEA, US, Canada)
