Part-Time Telehealth Nurse (Remote) – Dr. B
Hours: 10 hours per week
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Dr. B, a leading telehealth platform, is seeking a driven, tech-savvy nurse to join our clinical team. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow alongside a fast-paced startup.

As an early member of our clinical team, you won’t just follow protocols; you’ll help us refine them. This role is designed for a natural problem-solver who works effectively in a remote environment and is eager to take on increasing responsibility within our clinical leadership structure as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Support: Speak with patients over the phone to answer questions about their prescriptions and plans of care.

• Care Coordination: Partner with our providers to ensure patients get the support they need without delays.

• Process Improvement: Identify where patients are getting stuck in the process and suggest practical ways to make their experience better.

• Clinical Standards: Stay up to date with Dr. B’s protocols and ensure all interactions meet telehealth compliance and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (compact nursing license preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience

• Experience in primary care, telephone triage, ER, or urgent care preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

• The "Startup" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, learning new technology, and are motivated by the chance to build something from the ground up.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 8-10 hours per week, including occasional weekends

• 4 hour shifts, scheduled 2 times per week

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
