We are seeking a highly organized and clinically knowledgeable Registered Nurse to join our team in a crucial support role that bridges clinical quality and administrative efficiency.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role provides essential clinical, administrative, and quality assurance support to the clinical operations of the medical group. This is a dynamic, full-time position for an RN who excels in an office setting and is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of patient care quality and operational efficiency.

This position reports directly to the Director of Clinical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provider Scheduling: Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient clinical provider schedules to ensure adequate coverage based on forecasted staffing needs.

  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and ad-hoc clinical metrics reports for leadership, focusing on key performance indicators related to patient volumes, quality, and efficiency.

  • Chart Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews of medical charts, ensuring compliance with established clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal documentation policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinical office, administrative, or quality assurance setting.

  • Skills: Proven proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience with provider scheduling software or systems.

  • Experience in clinical data reporting or metric analysis.
