About You and The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled, resourceful, curious mind Production Designer to bring Zipline’s brand to life through exceptional execution across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. This role is centered on craft, consistency, and scalability. You’ll take creative direction and brand systems and translate them into precise, high-quality outputs across marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. You’re detail-obsessed, fast, and deeply fluent in production workflows, comfortable handling everything from digital paid media variants and lifecycle assets to print, OOH, and environmental graphics.
You thrive in high-velocity environments, enjoy working across formats and channels, and take pride in making great ideas real.
What You'll Do
Production & Execution
- Execute high-quality visual design across marketing, growth, lifecycle, and brand initiatives.
- Produce performance marketing assets across paid social, display, email, and web, including rapid iterations and A/B variants.
- Adapt and scale brand creative across formats, channels, and markets while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital, print, OOH, and experiential executions.
- Support experiential and physical design needs, including signage, environmental graphics, installations, and branded materials.
Systems & Consistency
- Apply and uphold Zipline’s brand system across all outputs.
Ensure visual consistency across digital, social, print, and real-world touchpoints. - Partner closely with brand and creative leads to evolve templates, toolkits, and production systems that scale.
Collaboration
- Work closely with brand designers, copywriters, marketers, producers, and external partners to execute creative efficiently and accurately.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully while maintaining a high bar for craft.
- Communicate clearly around timelines, production needs, and constraints.
Quality & Craft
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Balance speed with precision in fast-paced, iterative environments.
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role in an in-house brand, agency, or hybrid environment.
- Strong experience producing assets for marketing and growth teams across multiple channels.
- Experience preparing files for print, OOH, and environmental production is a plus.
Skills
- Expert-level executional design skills: layout, typography, color, and visual consistency.
- Deep understanding of production workflows for digital, print, and physical environments.
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Comfort working within established brand systems and templates.
- Familiarity with motion, video, or 3D workflows is a plus (but not required).
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Krea) is a plus.

What Else You Need to Know
The starting cash range for this role is $115,000-140,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
