About You and The Role
As one of a few Company level Program Managers, you will be focused on Field Operations Innovation. You’ll drive initiatives that make our global delivery network faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. - Drive cross-functional initiatives including resolving safety-critical issues and achieving a universally loved delivery experience.
- Ensure critical cross-team efforts are well owned (including owning some yourself).

- Continuously perform relevant risk and opportunity analyses to stay ahead of the game and address problems before they impact the customers or slow down scaling.
- Provide clear updates at both the working and executive level.
- Create, delete, and/or refine processes at every level.
What You'll Bring

- You have succeeded in a program management role with deep ownership of the outcome of projects.
- You know how to motivate and inspire velocity in projects that include individuals from disparate teams.
- You love to get hands-on in the field to build a first hand understanding of the operation and to build credibility as you push for, at times radical changes to drive improvement.
- You have worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments that run an excellent continuous improvement machine not just in engineering but in operations as well.
