The technology is complex but the idea is simple: a teleportation service that delivers what you need, when you need it. Through our technology that includes robotics and autonomy, we are decarbonizing delivery, decreasing road congestion, and reducing fossil fuel consumption and air pollution, while providing equitable access to billions of people and building a more resilient global supply chain.
Join Zipline and help us to make good on our promise to build an equitable and more resilient global supply chain for billions of people.

  • Become an expert on key issues around operating a UAS network, including the sustainability impact of UAS deliveries, the safety case for replacing vehicle deliveries with UAS, the infrastructure needed to effectively scale a UAS system, and ensuring the privacy of patients, customers and the community.
  • Gather and develop external research to support Zipline’s policy positions on legislative and regulatory matters.
  • Work closely with our policy, regulatory, legal and community teams to craft policy proposals that will advance the ability for UAS to operate in the U.S.

What You'll Bring

  • You have 8+ years of experience in analyzing legislation, developing public policy, and identifying policy trends. Prior in-house experience is strongly preferred.
  • You possess a track record of delivering results in developing and implementing policies across an organization and explaining those policies to external stakeholders.
  • You have strong communication skills, particularly in writing clear analyses for internal audiences, as well as persuasive written communications for external audiences.
  • You demonstrate the ability to tackle new policy issues and quickly become a substantive issue expert on matters important to Zipline’s business.
  • You have experience managing and owning projects with minimal direction, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with colleagues around the world.
  • You have a reputation for credibility, humility, and sound judgment.
  • You have the grit, resourcefulness, and resilience to thrive in novel, uncertain and constantly-changing business and political environments.
