We are looking for a Partnership Program Coordinator to support and grow our business and mechanic partnership nationwide. As an ideal candidate, you have a "get it done" attitude and are committed to creating a phenomenal experience for our partners.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and support to our partners nationwide
Support partnership program operations through analytics, process improvements, and logistics
Proactively seek opportunities for program expansion and improvement (processes, policies, logistics), diving deep into data to drive all decision making
Recruit, onboard and manage mechanics who are operating in the field
Track, order, and disburse materials to mechanics
Respond to customer and mechanic issues over phone and email
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 2 years experience with operations, logistics, and/or account management in fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, and clarifying next steps to meet goals
Business relationship management skills, especially over the phone and by email
Positive attitude and passion for success
BA/BS degree
