We are looking for a Community Manager who shares our vision and executes on revolutionizing people’s car repair experience. As an ideal candidate, you are a people-person and a hands-on problem solver. You have a relentless, “get-it-done” attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for training new mechanic partners, mentoring existing partners, ensuring quality, and building a sense of community within our nation-wide mechanic fleet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mechanic Partner Relations. Recruit, onboard, and mentor mechanic partners.
Mechanic Partner Support. Provide support to mechanic partners and address the day-to-day issues of mechanic partners on our platform via phone and email.
Improve fleet quality based on ratings and other performance metrics.
Proactively seek opportunities for fleet growth and improvement (processes, policies, and logistics).
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong interpersonal skills: both oral and written. Great presentation skills.
Practical problem solver: thinks through all steps of a problem.
Exceptional attention to detail & organization skills, and great follow-through on tasks.
Drive and hustle. You’re a hustler at heart, are multitalented, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Simply put, you have the get-it-done attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
You do not need to know about car repair or have auto industry experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
