As an ideal candidate, you have a "get it done" attitude and are committed to creating a phenomenal experience for our partners.RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver exceptional service and support to our partners nationwideSupport partnership program operations through analytics, process improvements, and logisticsProactively seek opportunities for program expansion and improvement (processes, policies, logistics), diving deep into data to drive all decision makingRecruit, onboard and manage mechanics who are operating in the fieldTrack, order, and disburse materials to mechanicsRespond to customer and mechanic issues over phone and emailIDEAL CANDIDATE:Minimum of 2 years experience with operations, logistics, and/or account management in fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skillsSkill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, and clarifying next steps to meet goalsBusiness relationship management skills, especially over the phone and by emailPositive attitude and passion for successBA/BS degreeWe offer competitive pay / equity / benefits and other perks.
