We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Product Designer to help us create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric mobile and web experiences that transform how our customers interact with our product.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design Systems & Interfaces: Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs into elegant design solutions.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
• Cross-Device Strategy: Ensure designs are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Marketing Support: Design marketing assets, including landing pages, email templates, and visuals for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage user behavior insights and analytics to refine user experiences.
• Design Leadership: Contribute to Wreno’s design culture by defining best practices, mentoring team members, and fostering creativity across projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software. Familiarity with front-end principles is a plus.
• Design Expertise: Solid understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive/mobile-first design.
• User Research: Proven experience conducting user interviews, creating personas, and designing journey maps.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator who can present and justify design decisions to diverse teams and founders.
• Detail-Oriented: Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
