Workstream is looking for a high potential Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an entrepreneurial spirit, positive outlook and great work ethic. As an SDR, you will become an expert on Workstream.io and our analytics hub, the first Data Knowledge Management solution that has come to market. You will help data driven teams focus on what really matters: enabling their organizations to best leverage their massive investments in data & analytics infrastructure, and better run their organizations.
As the first SDR on our team, this role will report directly to our CEO and collaborate closely with our Account Executive team.

Be a product advocate and successfully articulate our solution set and value proposition
Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM and tech stack
Help us refine product messaging and positioning based on customer and prospect feedback
Grow our business through hard work and passion for our mission!
College degree and/or 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development
Experience in SaaS B2B Sales
Experience with data & analytics solutions
Experience in CRMs and other sales enablement tools (Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc)
