Your role as a Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for nurturing leads and helping create demand for our enterprise sales team. This person should have expertise in crafting, executing, tracking, and measuring successful demand generation programs for the enterprise segment, while collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Business Development. This person will also have end-to-end responsibility for trade shows and events.

What you will be doing:
- Play a strategic and tactical role in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with Business Development and sales to plan and execute mid-funnel emails and nurture campaigns that leverage Pardot/Salesforce and field marketing activities, including events and sponsorships.
- Plan and oversee the execution webinars and field marketing activities, including trade shows and event sponsorships.
- Directs team to plan and execute customer events, including content and logistics.
- Responsible for tracking and qualifying campaign ROI’s and developing reporting frameworks and cadence.
- Manage Salesforce and Pardot for purposes of driving, maintaining, and analyzing lead activity.
- Manage database segmentation in Pardot.
- Create, evaluate, and nurture sales opportunities through marketing campaigns.
- This role will have occasional travel for trade shows, onsite workshops, etc.
What you need to bring to this position:
- A BS/BA in marketing, communication, or another related field.
- Salesforce and Pardot experience necessary – you are a super user!
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, including experience managing/directing others.
- Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs.
- Must be a tactical executioner with hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Have excellent English presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, enjoys writing, and the writing process.
- Energy and enthusiasm for bringing in leads and building market presence.
- Have experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and the execution required to launch and track attribution.
- Working knowledge/understanding of B2B software marketing channels and techniques.
- Proven experience with project management, especially relating to events.
- Must have a highly organization mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking.
- The ability to work well alone or in collaborative environments.
- Proven ability to work remotely with professionalism and efficiency — a self-starter with impeccable time management skills.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with media buying and third-party advertising and promotions are a plus!
