Position Summary:
VeeFriends is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Platform Strategist Associate to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our social media content strategy across key platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok, X (Twitter), and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what drives engagement on these platforms and a proven track record of growing brand accounts. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and a passion for character-driven storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and X. This includes managing the day-to-day content calendar and identifying tentpole moments and trends to amplify brand messaging and new releases.
- Cross-Vertical Amplification: Serve as the primary social voice for the VeeFriends brand account, responsible for amplifying content and announcements from various brand verticals. The role will also be crucial in promoting new product lines and strategic brand partnerships.
- Brand Voice & Creative: Ensure all content maintains a consistent and authentic VeeFriends brand voice. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative, character-driven content that is on-brand and platform-native.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor platform performance, analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, etc.), and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, platform strategy, or a related role, with a focus on brand accounts.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging audiences on TikTok, X, and/or Instagram.
- A strong portfolio or examples of work showcasing success with branded social media accounts.
- A deep understanding of brand voice and the ability to create content that is both on-brand and platform-native.
- Experience working across different verticals and the ability to adapt strategy for diverse audiences.
- Preferably, a background or proven experience in creating character-driven creative content, or a strong passion for IP and animated characters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
