Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen consumer engagement, and support revenue growth. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives while maintaining brand consistency across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategic planning with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business goals, sales initiatives, and brand growth.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring cohesive messaging and visual identity.
  • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the annual marketing budget.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, promotional assets, packaging support, and event materials.
  • Partner with sales, operations, production, and other internal teams to execute marketing initiatives that drive business results.
  • Coordinate retail activations, industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, printers, consultants, and other marketing vendors.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with applicable state advertising, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of progressive marketing experience with responsibility for developing and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience within cannabis, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage, wellness, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, content development, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with cannabis marketing regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
