Base Salary: Negotiable starting at $180k

OTE: $220k–$280k

Includes: Benefits, PTO, Equity Options

Location: Fully Remote

Our client is a leading ERP and commerce technology provider in the cannabis industry, processing billions of dollars in annual sales through their platform. They are a fully remote, global team building software solutions that streamline supply chain operations for cannabis brands, distributors, and retailers across the United States. Their ecosystem includes a flagship ERP product, an integrated B2B wholesale marketplace, and several new product lines entering the market.

As the organization enters its next phase of growth, they are transitioning from a single-product sales motion to a comprehensive, platform-based go-to-market strategy. They are stable, profitable, and actively investing in product expansion. Their culture is highly regarded, with strong employee satisfaction and a focus on supporting remote, globally distributed teams.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking their first Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) to architect and lead the next chapter of growth. This role will define how the company brings multiple products to market, how these solutions integrate into a unified ecosystem, and how the broader cannabis industry understands the value of that ecosystem.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership position working directly with the executive team. You’ll own the strategy and execution behind demand generation, state-by-state expansion, multi-product adoption, and pipeline growth. If you thrive in environments where you can build, experiment, innovate, and leave a measurable impact, this role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape a category-defining platform.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will shift with growth, but expected ownership areas include:

  • Lead Outbound, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to create a unified pipeline engine
  • Own multi-product GTM strategy and launch plans for new offerings
  • Build structured experimentation frameworks across channels, campaigns, and markets
  • Drive demand generation, brand awareness, digital marketing, partnerships, and field marketing
  • Develop and refine state-by-state GTM motions for expansion, events, and partner enablement
  • Establish measurable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences across all GTM teams
  • Align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing around coordinated launch plans and growth priorities
  • Partner with Sales leadership on outbound strategy, segmentation, and account targeting
  • Influence positioning, competitive strategy, and storytelling across product lines

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of GTM experience in B2B SaaS or cannabis (growth-stage environments preferred)
  • Experience directly managing sales and marketing leaders across digital, brand, events, and partnerships
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline, demand generation, and multi-channel growth
  • Strong background launching products and running cross-functional GTM motions
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and BI tools, with the ability to build reporting foundations
  • Creative, experimental mindset with fresh ideas for pipeline generation and storytelling
  • Ability to build trust, unify stakeholders, and elevate GTM strategy across teams
  • Bonus: experience with commerce, marketplaces, or supply-chain-focused software

Benefits

  • Fully remote work environment with global team members
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and dependents
  • 18 days PTO + 11 paid holidays (sick days separate)
  • Competitive compensation package including equity
