Summary of the Role
As a Salesforce BI Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our data-driven decision-making processes, reporting to the Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce, CRM Analytics, and other tools to create impactful reports, dashboards, and insights that enable teams across the organization to thrive. Your analytical expertise and understanding of business processes will be pivotal in optimizing our data systems and enabling business growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable dashboards and reports using standard Salesforce reports along with CRM Analytics.
- Analyze and interpret data from Salesforce and related platforms to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce BI tools and integrations with third-party systems, including Snowflake.
- Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and integrity by monitoring data pipelines and creating automated checks for discrepancies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to solve business challenges.
- Maintain and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards, enabling visibility into KPIs and business performance.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to maximize adoption of BI tools and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Salesforce with a focus on data analytics and business intelligence. Experience with CPQ is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics preferred, experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar can suffice for the right candidate.
- Strong skills in querying and manipulating data via SQL/SOQL and Excel/Google sheets. Experience with Salesforce data.
- Salesforce certifications including as CRM Analytics/Einstein Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator preferred.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
