Topicals is seeking a Community Affiliate Coordinator to drive the growth of our Affiliate Marketing Strategy through the College Ambassador and Experts programs while supporting vibrant communities, impactful affiliate initiatives, and strategic gifting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily engagement in the Insiders, Experts, and College Ambassador communities, ensuring alignment with brand values and fostering positive interactions.
- Implement and execute the Community Management Strategy, collaborating with the Community Manager.
- Develop and lead engaging virtual events, such as AMAs, wellness workshops, and product education sessions.
- Track and report on campaign metrics on Tribe to monitor and track performance of community-driven and cross-functional for all community programs (Spottie Hotties, Insiders, Experts, College, and Affiliates)
- Support Affiliate Platform (TikTok Shop) operations, including onboarding, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Manage Topicals University, our Esthetician Education Program, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for the Experts community.
- Support execution of campaigns virtually and IRL to support UGC and ambassador outreach.
- Manage logistics for the College Ambassador Program, including onboarding, gifting, event coordination, and shipment of ambassador kits, PR boxes, and product samples.
- Assist in the logistics of in-person events, including scheduling, communication, and attendee coordination.
Skills and Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in community management, marketing, or event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with experience drafting copy for campaigns and community programs.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events, both virtually and in person.
- Familiarity with platforms like Geneva, TYB, or similar community tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments.
