As the Implementation Manager at Thrive, you will transform the way our customers operate as a business by building a Well-Being strategy with them that will give their employees the cultural permission to thrive. How You'll Contribute:

  • Create and build implementation strategy plans with clear goals, timelines, and measurements with customers, partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage implementation of new customers, owning the end-to-end experience, maintaining communication throughout the course of the project to meet customer expectations.

  • Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure a successful launch

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all operational aspects of new client installation

  • Play vital role in customers’ first interactions with Thrive, creating trusted relationships and setting the foundation for a long term successful partnership.

  • Plan, lead, and organize the Well-Being Strategy launch for Thrive customers, ensuring cultural permission, working with exec stakeholders for the roll out.

  • Translate business requirements into an actionable plan and meet milestones in accordance to customer goals.

  • Iterate and develop processes, best practices, and tools for customer implementation lifecycle, always solving for our customers time to value.

  • Troubleshoot and solve all customer issues, requests and questions within the onboarding process, partnering closely with product, sales, CSM, and support to deliver a world class experience.

  • Act as voice of customer to internal teams, providing feedback to help shape roadmap.

Must Haves:

  • BA / BS or equivalent work experience and 5+ years of Project management /Onboarding/Implementation experience

  • Innovative messaging and presentation capabilities; ability to create/drive visual tools to sell/explain products and services in a compelling/ emotive way.

  • Experience with B2B sales and/or marketing required; experience with HR, SaaS, and/or consulting services a plus

  • Strong time management skills, ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Knowledge and experience with presentation software (Pitch) and design software (Figma) to build customer-facing collateral

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $130,000-160,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity.
