As our Technical Recruiter, you will help us build out our Product and Engineering orgs including Mobile, Backend, Front-End, DevOps, Quality, Product, Program, and Design skill sets. We're looking for a self-starter who can drive and manage an efficient yet quality-driven process and be a strategic partner to our hiring managers. You should have experience owning multiple pipelines and reporting out on your success. You should bring a level of gravitas and compassionate directness while embodying our fun, friendly culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Thrive Global scale our Behavioral Change Technology Platform.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience
  • Create a scalable process that meets the needs of our growing company
  • Work internally with Thrive hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
  • Source candidates and build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Conduct regular business partners' meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with legal, people ops, finance etc.
  • Partner closely with People team to ensure smooth first-day onboarding
  • Focus on building diverse and inclusive teams

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years Demonstrated technical recruiting experience (preferably in-house)
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth engineering teams within start-ups is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
  • Has built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
  • Excellent team player while also being a self-starter
  • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
  • Expertise in ATS Systems (preferably Greenhouse)
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $120K-140K range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
