As the Social Media and Marketing Manager at The Six Bells, you will play a key role in managing the brand’s presence, developing marketing strategies, and creating engaging content that resonates with our customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals, drive audience engagement, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.About The Six Bells: The Six Bells is a country-inspired retail and e-commerce brand with a store in Cobble Hill and a hotel opening in the Hudson Valley in Spring 2025.Responsibilities include:- Social + Marketing Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and marketing email strategy aligned with the brand.- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads; set/manage budgets, targeting, and bidding; collaborate on ad content; test and optimize creatives, audiences, and placements.- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and weekly marketing emails.- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for products, events, and offers across retail and hospitality divisions.- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.- Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.- Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.- Collaboration: Work with product development, operations, and customer service to support marketing objectives.- Influencer and Partnership Relations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and partners.- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their advertising tools.- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager and other paid platforms (Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads).- Proven experience creating and optimizing paid social campaigns with focus on ROI and performance metrics.- Proven experience creating social media campaigns and managing multi-platform strategies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in design/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.- Analytical skills with ability to interpret social metrics and data.- Experience in ecommerce, hospitality, or related industry preferred.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.To Apply: Send your resume, cover letter, and portfolio of previous social media work to hiring@thesixbells.com with the subject line "Social Media and Marketing Manager Application."
