What You'll Do
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment within our Scranton, PA fulfillment center, ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proactive, employee-led approach to resolving workplace challenges.
What You'll Do
- Employee Relations. Serve the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers in the Scranton, PA fulfillment center.
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, complaints, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Mediate disputes and facilitate solutions that align with company values and policies.
- Policy and Compliance. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Contribute to HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information with integrity.
- Performance Management. Advise managers on best practices for performance improvement plans, coaching, and feedback.
- Support the organization in addressing underperformance and recognizing achievements.
- Employee Engagement and Culture. Lead and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR processes.
- Drive employee events at the Scranton, PA fulfillment center including weekly lunches and monthly events.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations within a diverse workforce.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about driving employee performance to support company goals and supporting a strong company culture.
- Kind, collaborative, and brings a great attitude—because we’re all about working with people who get things done and keep it real.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity), collaboration tools (Slack, G-Suite) and Google Workspace or Microsoft tools.
- Demonstrate ability to to work with diverse teams and foster an inclusive environment.
- Experience supporting distributed or remote teams is a plus.
- HR Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
