As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving engagement and connection, ensuring our services reach those who need them most. What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including designers and copywriters, to develop and deploy campaigns across various channels to get users excited to start their journey with Talkspace.

Strategy and Planning

  • Execute lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at driving bottom-line engagement and conversion through email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.
  • Support the ideation and brainstorming of strategic quarterly experiments geared towards company KPIs, including churn, retention, growth, and reactivation.
  • Identify trends and lifecycle marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture, and retain customers.

Data Analysis and Optimization

  • Implement data-based hypotheses to inform segmentation strategies, new initiatives, opportunities for A/B testing, and KPI optimization.
  • Support A/B tests in subject lines, creative, and copy tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Provide performance reports that diagnose trends, identify potential levers, and build recommendations from actionable insights.
  • Provide and understand regular campaign performance data, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, spam, unsubscribes, etc.

Campaign Management

  • Work on multiple campaigns and projects at different stages and priority levels simultaneously, ensuring projects progress efficiently and to completion.
  • Create and monitor personalized journeys, triggers, and more with static and dynamic content within our CRM.
  • Support daily operations by coordinating campaign production and QA processes to ensure timely and accurate deployments.
  • Help maintain a monthly calendar and make sure campaigns are delivered on time.

Creative Collaboration and Development

  • Manage lifecycle launches with creative stakeholders (designers & copywriters) to ensure the consistent refreshing and testing of new creative concepts and messaging while optimizing based on best practices and data.
  • Ensure relevant, accurate, and on-brand campaigns to minimize unsubscribes.
  • Upgrade and maintain Lifecycle template library by working cross-functionally to ensure advanced features, mobile-friendliness, and personalization.
  • Code and develop dynamic emails while collaborating with designers and copywriters.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing operations for a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Strong proficiency within Braze required (Braze certification preferred).
  • Proficient in data visualization platforms (Mixpanel).
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation best practices for consumer-facing businesses.
  • Extensive experience in HTML and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of deliverability, email analytics, CAN-SPAM, triggered campaigns, overall email best practices, and segmentation.
  • Experience with SMS and Push Notification delivery.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
