As the Director of Growth and Content, you will be responsible for driving growth of Talkspace through increased traffic and conversion, as well as managing all Talkspace.com marketing pages and structure. As the primary web manager, you will own the levers that drive our ability to create sustainable, low cost growth for members, providers, and also enterprises. You will be a thought leader within Talkspace to enable growth through content, smart structural site engineering, page expansion and marketing page conversion optimization. You will get to manage a team of agencies, an in house content specialist, engineers, and freelancers. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Innovation

    • Define an organic growth roadmap maximizing web, SEO, and content.
    • Be the thought leader as it relates to AI and SEO strategy.
    • Drive integrated marketing thought leadership for AI utilization and content.
    • Develop and own the overarching web strategy, including site updates, landing page experiences, content, testing and optimization that support engagement, acquisition, and conversion.
    • Own the marketing roadmap and sprint schedule for optimization and growth.
    • Lead SEO initiatives that drive customer acquisition, improve website visibility and achieve performance goals.
    • Establish a clear measurement framework, define critical metrics, track and analyze performance, and demonstrate business impact.
    • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap with testing partners to ensure growth goals are achieved.

Reporting and Measurement

    • Cultivate a culture of testing and experimentation to drive innovation, apply findings, and uncover optimization opportunities that increase acquisition and deliver best-in-class member experiences.
    • Establish systems of governance and standards, define technical requirements and resources needed to complete short and long term plans.
    • Ensure QA of all projects and drive marketing web development needs through the team.
    • Partner with product and engineering to ensure that projects and objectives line up.

Team Leadership

    • Lead and develop a team of high-performing marketers, providing mentorship and nurturing their career growth.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8 years of experience with SEO or content based web development.
  • Experience with SEO tools and agencies.
  • Experience with conversion optimization and landscape.
