What You’ll Do

Strategic Project Oversight:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of A.I. initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. Examples may include:
    • Overseeing the creation of comprehensive documentation tools for therapists.
    • Leading the development of A.I.-driven alerts for various clinical conditions.
    • Exploring and implementing Medicare modifiers for improved reimbursement.
    • Facilitate communication between technical teams, clinical experts, and stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison to streamline information flow and maintain project coherence.

Resource Allocation:

  • Work closely with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and ensure project success.
  • Identify potential challenges and implement solutions proactively to maintain project momentum.

Documentation Excellence:

  • Generate comprehensive project reports for stakeholders, summarizing progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Oversee the meticulous documentation of project milestones, maintaining a clear and organized record.

Quality Assurance Implementation:

  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure A.I. initiatives meet industry standards and organizational expectations.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams for regular assessments of project outcomes.

Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify potential risks associated with A.I. projects and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges to prevent project roadblocks, maintaining project timelines.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic project management, preferably in A.I. or healthcare technology.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with a focus on successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to oversee projects from a holistic perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with risk management and problem-solving in a project management context.

Bonus Points

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Background in consulting
  • Project management certification(s)
  • Experience in A.I. and machine learning projects

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $155,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
