Salary: €40k – €60k + Equity (BSPCE)

The Mission
Symbiotic Security is an AI-native cybersecurity startup building for modern developer workflows. We aren't looking for a "brand marketer", we need a technical builder to engineer our growth engine. You will free up our senior devs by building the automated systems that turn raw data into high-quality lead pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Build Technical Workflows: Use code and automation tools to scrape, enrich, and route leads from sources like GitHub and developer communities.
- Rapid Experimentation: Design and ship end-to-end growth experiments (sourcing → enrichment → outreach).
- Own the Pipeline: Scale 2–3 durable channels that consistently generate qualified opportunities for Sales.
Requirements
- Technical Profile: Either 2+ years in a high-growth startup OR a high-potential grad from a technical school (e.g., 42, Épitech).
- Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript is required to build scrapers and manipulate APIs.
- Builder Mindset: You are comfortable writing scripts to manipulate data and query APIs.
- Bilingual: Professional proficiency in both French and English is mandatory for team collaboration and market outreach.
- Execution-Focused: You prioritize "scrappy" technical solutions that deliver results over perfect, slow processes.
The Stack & Tools
- Automation: n8n (primary), Zapier, Make.
- Coding: Python and/or TypeScript (scrapers, API integrations, data manipulation).
- Sales Tech: HubSpot, Reply.io, ZoomInfo.
- Targets: CTOs, CISOs, and AI Leaders.
