Salary Range: $125,000–$155,000

The Senior Manager, Retail Marketing owns the strategy and execution of Studs’ retail marketing engine across a growing national studio fleet. This role builds scalable, repeatable programs that drive measurable traffic and booking lift while ensuring initiatives are operationally executable across 45+ studios.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with cross-functional influence. Success requires structured program design, disciplined project management, and clear measurement of business impact. The Senior Manager is accountable for delivering measurable results by making clear, timely decisions, aligning cross functional partners, and driving disciplined execution from brief through launch and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Marketing Strategy and Program Development
- Design and operationalize standardized retail marketing programs (e.g., studio events, local activations, partnerships, student initiatives) that can be executed consistently across all studios.
- Build clear toolkits, intake processes, timelines, and SOPs that enable studio teams to execute without ambiguity.
- Own the national retail marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across brand campaigns, product launches, and studio-level priorities.
- Continuously refine programs based on performance data and field feedback.
Cross-Functional Execution and Studio Enablement
- Partner closely with Retail Operations to ensure initiatives are operationally feasible and clearly communicated to field leadership.
- Own retail marketing participation for new studio openings, including launch planning and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, CX, and Data to coordinate assets, timelines, and measurement.
- Proactively identify execution gaps and resolve issues without routine escalation.
Business Impact and Measurement
- Partner closely with Retail Operations to ensure initiatives are operationally feasible and clearly communicated to field leadership.
- Own retail marketing participation for new studio openings, including launch planning and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, CX, and Data to coordinate assets, timelines, and measurement.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in retail marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing within a multi-location retail or service-based business.
- Demonstrated experience building repeatable programs and operationalizing them at scale.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Comfortable operating independently and making informed tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-literate with the ability to interpret traffic and booking trends to guide decisions.
- Clear written communicator with experience building toolkits, playbooks, or execution guides.
