Dallas-Metro MULTI SITE STUDIO MANAGER

Based in Dallas, the Multi-Site Studio Manager will report to the Northeast Regional Manager and will oversee all aspects of our West Village and Lover's Lane studios, including both piercing services and earring sales. In this position, you'll build and lead two teams of service-oriented Managers, Sales Associates, and Piercers in executing complex operational processes and delivering best in-class guest experiences. You will exercise your financial acumen and sound decision making to guide and inspire the team to meet our goals and continually improve processes. You will prioritize and balance the needs of both studios in order to achieve our goals.

Salary: $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for both Studios’ overall performance, driving revenue growth and creating a performance-oriented culture by setting clear expectations and targets for each Studio team
  • Prioritizes and balances time and effort between the two studios by developing and executing strategic plans tailored to each location’s unique needs and goals.
  • Analyzes business reporting to identify opportunities in key business metrics and communicates and develop your teams’ understanding of each to achieve sales plan
  • Welcomes and educates guests to the unique Studs’ piercing and personalized brand experience
  • Implements ands trains to service recovery best practices and identifies and escalates client feedback through studio reviews to improve the overall Studio experience
  • Owns Studio scheduling within labor allocations and audits for payroll accuracy
  • Uses divisions of responsibilities to delegate ownership of work to the management team, and follows-up routinely to ensure completion
  • Be well-versed in the piercing operating procedures to ensure guest experience, work safety, and record keeping standards are met
  • Prioritizes Studio compliance to policies and standard operating procedures, while ensuring inventory control through POS accuracy and loss prevention measures
  • Creates a sense of belonging and strong team morale through trust and collaboration
  • Owns recruiting, ensures successful onboarding via training, and leverages coaching and feedback to continually develop a diverse Studio team
  • Navigates employee relations thoughtfully and timely with cross-functional partnership

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of comparable Retail Management experience and at least 6 months in role as a Studio Manager at Studs
  • Availability: 40 hours per week, you must be available for five shifts (Monday, Thursday-Sunday) in both Studio locations
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time up to 8+ hours
  • Able to lift, carry, and move at least 20 lbs
  • Must be able to handle chemicals safely
  • Leader in change management with proven expertise in effectively managing and developing a team of 7+ employees; experience with specialized skill employees preferred
  • Driven, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity and speaks up
  • Owner’s mindset, with the ability to approach feedback and problems with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be scrappy, organized, and navigate dynamic change by leveraging tools and resources creatively
