Based in New York City, Associate Manager will report to our VP of Operations and will play a key role in our Operations team: supporting the team in day to day execution as well as collaborating closely with other departments to ensure our supply chain is running smoothly and efficiently. The Associate Manager, Operations will partner with CX to troubleshoot customer order issues and work closely with our Merch/Planning and Retail Ops team to ensure inventory accuracy in our outbound shipments and in our systems. Also, this role will manage relationships with our 3PL partner to support their day-to-day operations, to ensure orders ship on-time and to help improve quality, productivity, and efficiency in other areas in the warehouse.

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3PL Management
    • Manage day-to-day relationship with 3PL to ensure efficient operations including, but not limited to overseeing order fulfillment process (Ecom/NSO/retail transfers), on-time shipping and processing RMA to meet SLA, pre- sterilization process is in compliance with SOP and communicating VAS (Value Added Services) requirements
    • Monitor daily inventory movements across warehouse and operation systems to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Recommend warehouse operational changes by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes to improve cost efficiency
  • Inventory Control
    • Ensure retail transfers are transmitted to all systems and track transfers to ensure receipts and inventory discrepancies are reconciled in a timely manner
    • Subject matter expert for Inventory movements of retail transfer, PO receipts and inventory adjustments and communicate inventory issues and product availability to teams
    • Support rollouts of studio and 3PL cycle count programs and assist to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Merch/Planning and Retail Operations to ensure on-time delivery and transfer accuracy for inventory and other operational issues
    • Partner with Customer Service to improve customer experience by troubleshooting and resolving daily Ecom order issues (fulfillment and delivery issues) and streamlining the returns process
    • Work cross functionally with other departments to implement new support processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Operations/Logistics Support
    • Support Ops with administrative support in reconciling invoices, order management and ad-hoc analysis as needed in daily operations
    • Support Logistics with daily uploads of shipping documentations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in operations or supply chain
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and other Operational systems
  • Skill to recognize the impact on customers and company for on-time receive and data integrity
  • Ability to use problem-solving skills and communicates effectively with other departments (studios, 3PL and HQ)
  • Ability to provide feedback to management on opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficient in Google Suites is a plus
