Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking a meticulously detailed individual, who is technically astute but also has a mastery of both communication and people skills to develop key strategic partnerships, while continuously driving improvement in measurable financial/business metrics.
This individual will deliver key process, IT and change management type of initiatives, from process re-engineering, vendor selection, data migration, process modeling, and system implementations, preferably in a SaaS or high growth environment. They will also lead and manage on time and on budget delivery of projects.
This individual will champion project management best practices across the organization and drive the implementation of projects while working alongside talented, intelligent, driven and innovative individuals in a growing and entrepreneurial environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design and create detailed, optimized, and visually appealing 3D models of internal/ external event spaces such as ballrooms, arena, stadium etc. based on 2D floor plans and reference images
- Apply textures and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually striking results while ensuring textures complement the models effectively
- Perform efficient and accurate UV mapping to ensure proper texture mapping onto 3D models
- Utilize Blender to model and texture assets efficiently. Familiarity with Blender's tools and workflows is essential for streamlining the 3D modeling process
- Import 3D models and assets into Unreal Engine, set up materials, and ensure proper integration for real-time rendering and interactive experiences
- Work closely with other visualizers and tech team to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the overall project. Take and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of assets.
- Optimize 3D models, textures, and assets for performance and resource efficiency in Unreal Engine, maintaining a balance between visual fidelity and smooth performance
- Draft and trace floor plans received from clients using Cvent Social Tables CMS tool.
- Conduct strong quality checks for both 2D floorplan and 3D assets to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest techniques and tools related to 3D modeling, Blender, and Unreal Engine, and apply innovative approaches to improve visual quality and workflow efficiency
- Keep detailed records of the work process, progress, and assets created, adhering to project-specific documentation guidelines
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in 3D modeling, computer graphics, game development, 2D diagrams, CAD or related field.
- Blender (3D modeling and texturing)
- Unreal Engine (Creation of materials and lighting)
- Photoshop (Editing and creation of texture)
- AutoCAD (To read and understand architectural file of the spaces)
- Ability to interpret and translate 2D designs and concepts into detailed 3D models
- Core expertise in modeling, texturing and lighting of interior/ exterior spaces
- Proficient in using 3D modeling software to create realistic and visually appealing 3D renderings
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, lighting, and materials to enhance the quality of visualizations
- Capable of collaborating with design teams to iterate and refine visual concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in every aspect of the visual representation
- Knowledgeable in the latest trends and advancements in 3D visualization techniques and technologies
- Efficient in managing time and meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and present visualizations to stakeholders
