In this role, you will lead strategic, data & AI driven initiatives across lead generation, customer insights, sales enablement, operational efficiency and revenue growth initiatives. In this leadership role, you’ll guide cross-functional analytics programs from strategy to execution, delivering actionable insights that influence key business outcomes across departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Product. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure analytics initiatives are aligned with business goals, while also establishing scalable systems and best practices that raise the organization’s analytics maturity. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong business acumen with technical insight and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
In This Role, You Will:
Strategic Analysis & Insight Development
- Convert customer and revenue growth goals into clear analytics strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to guide project prioritization.
- Establish standardized, scalable analytics processes and reusable data products.
Leadership & Project Execution
- Own the analytics project intake process, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to validate requirements, refine deliverables, and measure success.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies proactively.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing data-driven recommendations that guide decision-making.
- Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly convey impact.
- Facilitate collaboration workshops and planning sessions to align teams on analytics initiatives.
Technical & Data Leadership
- Align business objectives with technical delivery by understanding data architecture, platforms, and systems.
- Partner with data teams to build scalable, high-quality analytics solutions.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and customer intelligence to drive innovation.
Core Management Accountabilities
- Document and manage business requirements, user stories, and analytics workflows.
- Conduct process and gap analyses to continuously improve data delivery.
- Support validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of analytics tools and insights.
Here's What You Need:
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, or program management - preferably in data, AI, or tech-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of AI & LLM models
- Track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional projects with measurable business results.
- Strong leadership presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders across functions.
- Deep knowledge of data ecosystems, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and modern AI/ML technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma). Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, JIRA) is a plus.
- Experience in data governance, compliance, or ethical AI practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
