The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that impact our GTM strategy and execution. This strategic thinker will lead complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable results. As the primary contact for GTM-related business impacts, this role coordinates alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance reporting progress to broader GTM functions. Close collaboration with executive stakeholders in these departments will ensure the successful execution of the go-to-market strategy established by senior management.
In This Role, You Will:
• Strategic Project Management:
o Lead and manage strategic GTM projects, including new product launches, market expansion initiatives, sales process optimization, and customer segmentation strategies, by developing comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and risks.
o Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure timely and successful project delivery while utilizing project management tools for tracking and communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Partner with sales, marketing, product, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution, facilitating meetings to gather requirements and drive decisions.
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on GTM strategies.
• GTM Optimization:
o Analyze GTM performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements, staying informed on best practices and trends
o Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Gather and analyze data to inform project decisions,develop dashboards and reports to track progress, and utilize tools for clear communication.
o Document all project-related items for future reference.
Here's What You Need:
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, marketing operations, marketing, or a similarly process-oriented role preferred
- Highly organized and comfortable with Project Management tasks
- Strong operations background with experience working on internal projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with diverse stakeholder groups and levels of authority
- Advanced PowerPoint, CPQ, and Salesforce knowledge
- Demonstrates advanced written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional ability to compile, analyze, and present data, findings, and progress in a concise manner
