In This Role, You Will:
• Creating end-to-end campaign execution strategy, plan, design, process, QA & ROI reporting.
• Managing Project Management System (PMS) for the Email marketing team of 8 members and ensuring that the team is motivated and engaged: i) Review team’s capacity & utilization ii) Timely review & assignment of tickets for the team members
• Should possess strong behavioral traits like: iii) teamwork, leadership skills, technical know-how... iv) Conflict Resolutions v) manage the work-life balance in the team vi) Time & Stress Management
• Establish a strong QA function within the Email marketing team and ensure all process documents are timely updated are being followed & referred on a day-to- day basis.
• Working closely with the Marketing GDC teams to prioritize & manage campaigns that drive demand generation using Cvent and Marketo.
• Creating and building marketing campaigns that drive sales leads and increase prospect & client engagement (worked on any CRM tool/ email marketing tool).
• Liaise with the Planning team to develop and execute the marketing roadmap across all products.
• Drawing up email campaign reporting to benchmark and measure success.
• Create enhanced reports to support Product marketing teams to measure the performance of high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Training & onboarding new resources.
Here's What You Need:
• Experiential knowledge of working on marketing automation tools like Marketo/ Eloqua.
• 5-7 years’ experience of executing & managing marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. The person should be operationally strong.
• Strong knowledge of the Email marketing function.
• Should possess working knowledge of HTML with demonstrated experience designing emails and landing pages, and should also be hands-on with list segmentation and the upload process.
• Fair understanding of Marketing automation and demand generation concepts, and ability to implement the same using Marketing Automation software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials, technical degree preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.
• Exceptional written communication. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of Cvent products and solutions.
• Should have an eye for hiring the right resources for the team.
