In This Role, You Will:

Role Overview:

As a Client Success Advisor on our Venue Sourcing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of Cvent client’s use of the Cvent Venue Sourcing platform. This includes ongoing client relationship management, emphasis on both the growth of Cvent and our client base as it relates to Venue Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborative Strategy Development: Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to understand new clients' goals in using the Cvent platform

· Tailored Strategy Sessions: Conduct bespoke strategy calls to assist new users in completing critical milestones within the event lifecycle in relation to using Venue Sourcing.

· Product Expertise: Exhibit in-depth product knowledge, guiding clients in best practices and strategy to get the most out of the platform.

· Platform Adoption: Encourage the platform's adoption and provide best practice recommendations.

· Data Analysis: Keenly understand data outputs and make recommendations based on your findings. This includes ways to increase overall efficiency in using the system, areas of opportunity for growth, and discover new partnership opportunities in relation to Venue Sourcing within your aligned accounts.

· Proactive engagement: Ensure that clients are up to speed on all new product updates and initiatives at Cvent related to Sourcing, and aligning with your client base on projects and milestones through the use of Success Plans.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
