Drive cross-functional CFL initiatives, translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, and own the Product ROI calculator to inform customers about their ROI on Cvent.
In This Role, You Will:
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document clear business requirements; translate them into metrics, analytical models, and actionable insights that inform decisions.
- Own the Product ROI calculator methodology and benefit use cases across product modules; collaborate with product marketing, product, sales, and analytics to refine assumptions and enable rollout and sales education.
- Run CFL programs including VoC synthesis, journey mapping, root-cause analysis, and action plans to lift adoption and NPS.
- Build robust Excel-based models for unit economics, scenario and sensitivity analyses; maintain auditable assumptions, clear input/output structures, and version control.
- Define KPIs and establish a single source of truth for metrics and governance (cadence, RAID) for CFL initiatives and ROI reporting.
- Create executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and presentations that convert analysis into decisions and prioritized actions.
Success (6–12 months)
- Product ROI calculator adopted as the standard for pre/post investment discussions; regular updates and variance tracking in place.
- 2–3 CFL initiatives delivered with quantified impact on adoption/NPS and clear insight-to-action traceability.
- Consistent requirements-to-insights workflow established, with stakeholder satisfaction on clarity, speed, and usefulness of outputs.
Here's What You Need:
- 6–8 years in strategy/PMO/consulting/ops with cross-functional delivery.
- Strong financial and product acumen; expert Excel modeling for unit economics, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Ability to gather and structure business requirements and convert them into data models, KPIs, and decision-ready insights.
- Advanced Sheets/Excel; strong slides; data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau/Looker).
- Structured problem solver with crisp executive communication; proven in landing change via insights and stakeholder alignment.
Nice-to-have:
- SaaS/product experience.
- Customer journey analytics, NPS/CSAT, and value realization.
- SQL or scripting for automation.
