In This Role, You Will:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketplace Health Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and responsiveness of our vendor marketplace, directly impacting the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our users. This role focuses on optimizing planner outreach, vendor outreach, driving engagement, booking rates and ultimately driving a better experience for event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Health & Support
- Support planner outreach and engagement to improve response rates on active RFPs.
- Track and analyze RFP performance metrics (responses, bookings, and follow-ups).
- Collaborate with the Supplier Response and Marketplace Health teams to identify unresponsive vendors/planners and support improvement actions.
Workflow & Quality Management
- Maintain data accuracy in project tracking sheets and internal dashboards.
- Assist in running periodic marketplace health checks to ensure responsiveness.
- Identify process gaps and share insights or recommendations with the team.
Collaboration & Learning
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to streamline workflows.
- Assist in creating or refining communication templates and standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated on evolving marketplace tools, AI-assisted features, and industry best practices.
