In This Role, You Will:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to align sales initiatives with the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/managers to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
