· Build, administer, or support Cvent’s HR Systems that manage Recruitment, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation processes

· Gain expertise on leading ERP solutions such as Workday, iCIMS, ADP, and others

· Support HR teams to optimize HR processes using best of class systems

· Learn and implement best practices related to IT development, enhancements, and support daily

· Successfully completed coursework to gain the strong technical background in a range of foundational technologies

· Desire to learn custom built as well as industry leading ERP solutions

· Desire to learn functional processes within HR, that maintain a full employee lifecyle from hire to retire

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

· Outstanding oral and written communication

· The ability and willingness to work alongside a wide variety of roles

· Most importantly, a successful candidate will be passionate about technology, people and processes, with a curious mindset to solve problems.
