As a Product Manager overseeing key technical areas—including integrations, APIs, and core back-end systems—you will be instrumental in shaping the technical foundation of our marketing solutions. In This Role, You Will:
- Define and execute product strategy for critical platform components, from planning to delivery.
- Lead discovery and solution validation in close collaboration with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across your domain, guiding architecture discussions and trade-offs.
- Monitor KPIs related to system performance, reliability, and security to ensure ongoing quality.
- Provide clear updates on roadmap progress, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
Here's What You Need:
- 8+ years of demonstrated product management experience with complex technical systems in SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of API calls, MarTech integrations, and scalable back-end architectures.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels and departments of the company.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and ownership over projects in a fast-paced, marketing-focused setting.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
