We have multiple Associate Product Consultant positions for graduates with 1-5 years of work experience in our Client Services department PSG (i.e. Professional Service Group) – Mobile Support. The job requires working closely with support engineers, client experience managers and clients to build custom Applications for Client’s events
In This Role, You Will:
- Working with the clients to gather requirements and implementing that in the application to build client’s event apps.
- Strategic involvement with US counterparts, creating milestone and working on enhancements to make the product better.
- Reviewing Client’s projects, analyzing requirements and recommending best practices.
- Working on multiple tasks, scheduling appointments and getting Apps into Mobile operating systems.
- Ensuring the deliverable is met within the stipulated time frame.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials..
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel 2007
- Should have 2-8 years of experience with a reputed BPO in voice supporting US, UK or Australia clients
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in working on online products, Applications & projects
- Candidates should be ready to work night shifts
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
