In This Role, You Will:
Assist with user support by responding to technical inquiries and resolving minor IT-related issues.
Help document standard operating procedures and workflows for technology systems.
Collect and analyze data related to technology operations to identify trends or recommend improvements.
Support onboarding/offboarding technology processes for employees (e.g., account creation, permissions).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology policies and practices are consistently followed.
Contribute to ongoing technology projects, including process automation or systems upgrades.
Maintain documentation and logs to ensure up-to-date records within the Operations department.
Here's What You Need:
- Full-time college student with plans to graduate in May 2027 (summer between Junior & Senior year)
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology operations, systems management, and IT support.

Ability to commute to our headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA
