This Team Lead/Manager will drive strategic system and process integrations for the global sales operations organization, reporting to the Manager of Sales Systems and Strategy. They will partner with cross-functional stakeholders on high-impact programs including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), post-merger integration, sales process enablement, and technology migrations. The ideal candidate excels in project management, loves tackling complexity, and has a track record in systems such as Salesforce and other sales enablement technologies.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of post-merger and acquisition integrations within the sales and revenue operations ecosystem.
  • Lead sales technology and process migration projects—including CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools—and ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Partner with sales, enablement, IT, product, and business transformation teams to align on goals, timelines, requirements, and vital change management steps.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for integrating new business entities into existing sales processes and systems.
  • Oversee data migration planning and execution, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal disruption.
  • Track key milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers for assigned projects/programs.
  • Deliver stakeholder communications, training materials, and process documentation for successful adoption of new tools and practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Here's What You Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business transformation, or related fields, with at least 2 years in team management or leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading post-merger integrations (PMI) or M&A projects, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (administration, process design, or implementation), as well as common sales enablement platforms.
  • Deep experience with system migrations, process reengineering, and change management.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets.
