As Cvent continues its rapid growth, we are investing in our Learning & Development (L&D) team and looking for an enthusiastic L&D Program Specialist to join our team. The L&D Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing, and actively managing blended learning programs and corporate initiatives within Cvent’s Talent Development programming. This role will report to the Senior Manager of L&D and will be an integral part of our larger Talent Management team.
In This Role, You Will:
- Utilizing knowledge of adult learning styles, training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, quality improvement processes and group process facilitation to enhance program portfolio
- Facilitating small and large group sessions in an engaging manner to a range of audiences
- Serving as a project manager for signature programs, managing program logistics, communications, and process improvements
- Identifying opportunities to supplement instructor-led training with eLearning content and support learning management system (LMS) administration
- Partnering with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure program alignment and cross-functional awareness
