Spectrm is a venture-backed startup (eg. Lerer Hippeau) located in Berlin and New York and was one of Facebook’s launch partners for chatbots at f8 2016. Today, they are the leading chatbot platform in Europe expanding to the US. Clients include CNN, RedBull, Porsche, Ford, and L’Oreal.
What you’ ll do
- Create & improve processes for business and people operations using Jira & automation tools for a high growth company
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to model & improve business financials
- Implement Standards and documentation across all teams to improve productivity
- Accounting: Proactively manage and oversee payrolls and bills together with external partners
- Helping the US team with administrative tasks & business operations
