As an App Marketing Sr. Analyst on the Paid Social and Programmatic team, you’ll play an integral role in establishing a multi-million dollar marketing channel that has a direct impact on SeatGeek’s overall user & revenue growth.

You will use both sides of your brain to develop innovative growth marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing analysts, product managers & data scientists; and you will demonstrate the value of these strategies through data-based analysis and a rigorous, fact-based approach. You’ll report to our Growth Marketing Director, Social & Programmatic.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of app install campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Apple Search Ads to deliver ambitious growth targets
  • Scale paid app campaigns with adherence to ROAS targets
  • Manage and report on day-to-day performance using a rigorous analytical approach to ensure that we are spending efficiently and and make strategic recommendations
  • Develop & execute experiments & A/B tests that evolve our targeting, creative, copy, and landing page strategies
  • Manage relationships with external advertising partners (Appsflyer, Facebook, Google, Apple, etc)
  • Set a holistic app install strategy across paid and owned placements
  • Develop innovative tactics and programs to drive high-quality organic installs and improve organic acquisition through app store optimization, ratings and reviews, referrals, and more
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Analytics, Product) to align our marketing strategies with enterprise-wide initiatives

What you have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid advertising programs focused on driving app installs across Facebook, Google, Apple, and owned channels
  • A deep understanding of app measurement capabilities and limitations (iOS14.5, etc)
  • Analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of data
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
  • A curiosity that drives you to be scrappy and gritty. You love experimenting and learning. You thrive in high-tempo environments with quick iteration cycles. You’re impact-driven and will grind away at a problem until you get what you want

The salary range for this role is $74,000 - $113,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
