We’re looking for a Senior Associate, HR Business Partner to partner with our SeatGeek office in Israel and support the local team. You’ll play a crucial role in handling employee relations, recruitment activities, and driving engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment
    • Conduct investigations into employee concerns, grievances, and complaints, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
    • Implement strategies to foster a culture of open communication, trust, and respect within the organization
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Partner with the global recruitment team to manage local recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Engagement and Retention:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction
    • Conduct regular focus groups to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement
    • Work closely with managers to address retention challenges and develop strategies to retain top performers
  • Project Management (Advantageous):
    • Lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience
    • Utilize project management best practices to plan, execute, and evaluate programs within established timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve project objectives

What you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and fostering a positive work culture
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Ability to come into the office at least 3 days per week
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is required
