Build and scale research programs that enable continuous feedback loops and faster learning.
Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Growth teams to connect qualitative insights with behavioral analytics.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, uncover patterns, and scale insights across teams.
Communicate findings clearly and persuasively through artifacts such as journey maps, frameworks, opportunity models, and experiment recommendations.
About You:
You’re a curious, analytical storyteller who enjoys uncovering the “why” behind user behavior. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, synthesizing complex inputs, and influencing cross-functional teams with clear, evidence-based insights.
Ideal Qualifications:

Strong command of qualitative research methods with comfort applying mixed-method approaches.
Demonstrated experience tying research insights to measurable product or UX improvements.
