The Role:
Marigold is hiring an HR Manager to join our team in Australia. The primary goal of this role is to help optimize the HR function, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the employee experience while attending to all hiring and onboarding together with our global HR team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to local business leaders, providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters in execution of the company’s strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Align and deliver on HR services based on business and employee requirements.
Participate in global HR projects, bringing local knowledge and expertise to enhance accuracy of implementation.
Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Assist the payroll team where needed to ensure smooth delivery of payroll in Australia.
Manage recruiting function for Australia.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background as an HR Generalist, with experience in a growing technology company. You are detail-oriented and organized, and excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You bring demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, ensuring that the right people join and thrive within the organization. You exhibit a high degree of professionalism and discretion, with a proven record of handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and confidentiality. Above all, you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to the success and growth of the organization through strategic HR initiatives, impactful employee engagement strategies, and thoughtful hiring practices.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, including 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting and talent acquisition.
Proven ability to build strong relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to organizational growth.
