The Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our products to life — turning innovation into stories that inspire action. You’ll own go-to-market strategies for new features and launches, crafting messaging that connects with both our teams and our customers. From positioning and enablement to competitive insights, you’ll help our Sales and Success teams win more deals and grow existing relationships.
This is a cross-functional role at the heart of Product, Marketing, and Sales — where strategy meets storytelling. You’ll translate product innovation into clear, compelling value and shape how our solutions show up in the market. As we continue integrating AI and LLM technologies, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand how these capabilities make marketing smarter and more human.

What You’ll Do:
Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth, impactful launches.
Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that translate technical capabilities — including AI and LLM features — into customer-focused value.
Develop and deliver enablement materials (pitch decks, playbooks, and training) to help Sales and Success teams confidently communicate Emma’s value and drive adoption.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to shape product positioning and influence roadmap decisions.
Gather and share feedback from frontline teams and customers to refine messaging, improve go-to-market strategies, and surface success stories.
Champion cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams are equipped, informed, and inspired to bring Emma’s innovations to market effectively.
Ideal Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS, ideally within martech or ESP environments.
Proven success developing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement programs that drive adoption and growth.
Strong understanding of AI and LLM technologies and how they enhance marketing automation and customer engagement.
Skilled in crafting messaging and positioning that connect technical innovation to real customer value.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In compliance with California’s Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act (SB 1162), we are disclosing the compensation range for roles that could be performed in California.
For California residents only, the base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for the position in California. Actual compensation will be offered within this range, based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as permitted by California law.
Similar positions located outside of California may be subject to different compensation structures.
