The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior NetSuite System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The Senior NetSuite System Administrator will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a strong technical background, deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Administer and configure the NetSuite ERP system, including user setup, role assignments, permissions, and customizations.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for NetSuite-related issues, troubleshoot system problems, and work with NetSuite support and development teams to resolve complex issues.
Customization and Integration: Develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteApps to enhance system functionality and integrate NetSuite with other business applications.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and efficiency.
System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and thorough testing of new features and functionalities.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
Training and Support: Train and support end-users on NetSuite functionalities, best practices, and system updates to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
Project Management: Lead and participate in NetSuite-related projects, including system implementations, enhancements, and migrations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Compliance and Security: Ensure system compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into NetSuite solutions that support operational goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator Certification) are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite System Administrator, with a strong track record in system administration, customization, and support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite’s SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and other advanced features. Experience with NetSuite integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Project Management: Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing system configurations and documentation.
