The Role:

As a Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be managing and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for forecasting to senior management, ensuring pipeline development across the team, hiring and training new AEs on process, working collaboratively with cross functional business partners and participating in prospect meetings, thereby helping AEs throughout the entire sales cycle to win new business. The successful candidate will have a consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They embody ‘team selling’, while being collaborative and creating a ‘win as a team’ environment.

In This Role You Will:

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports during prospect meetings and throughout the sales cycle.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.

  • Provide an accurate weekly forecast of opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with Marigold business partners such as BDR, Solcon, CSM, Marketing, etc.

  • Inspire, develop, and lead a collaborative and winning team.

  • Consistently monitor sales activities, pipeline, deals, demand generation and tracking of results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful experience leading Account Executives.

  • Experience selling digital marketing / martech solutions to CEOs, CMOs, Directors and VPs of Digital Marketing.

  • Results and metrics driven with a proven ability to hold AEs accountable to drive results.

  • Demonstrated track record of closing large scale, enterprise-level transactions.

  • Ability to travel with AEs for on-site customer visits and events.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Trained and experienced using MEDDPICC.
